Welcome to Spoon and A Spatula! We want you to love your kitchen gear and culinary supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
spoonandaspatula.com reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any updates will be published directly on this page and will take effect immediately.

1. 14-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)
We want you to be confident in your kitchen purchases. If you change your mind about an item, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

* Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
* Restocking Fee: Due to the specialized nature of kitchen and food-preparation supplies, change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking and repacking fee deducted from your refund.
* Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your kitchen items arrive damaged, broken, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will fix it immediately at no cost to you.

* Reporting Window: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days of delivery.
* Proof Required: To expedite your request, please provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged package or item showing the issue clearly.
* Resolution: Once your proof is verified (typically within 3 business days), we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. Your replacement will ship out within 5 business days, or a full refund will be processed within 3 business days of the package tracking showing as "in transit" back to us.

3. Order Cancellations

* Before Shipping: You may request to cancel your order before it ships. Please contact our customer service team immediately to submit a request.
* Processing: Cancellation requests can take up to 3 business days to secure. Please note that because we aim for fast fulfillment, cancellation is not always guaranteed.
* After Shipping: If your order has already left the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow our standard 14-day return process.

4. Shipping and Lost Packages

* Destroyed in Transit: If the carrier's tracking data explicitly states that your package was destroyed or lost in transit, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days or ship a replacement within 5 business days.
* Returned to Sender: If a package is sent back to our warehouse by the carrier while in transit, we will process your refund or initiate a redelivery within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the request.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

* Please carefully review your delivery address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address modifications once an order is placed.
* If an order ships to an incorrect address provided by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to redirect it.
* If the package is successfully returned to us by the carrier in good condition, we can redeliver it (the customer will cover the new shipping fee) or issue a refund minus the original shipping costs. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, the buyer bears the loss.
